Recurso de súplica.
Las demandas de la referencia se rechazaron debido a que: 1º.
Los artículos 25 y 51 de la Ley 789/02 acusados perdieron vigencia al entrar a regir la Ley 1846/17 y, como tal, se configuró la falta de competencia de la Corporación en virtud del fenómeno de la sustracción de materia o carencia de objeto. 2º.
Por la existencia de la cosa juzgada constitucional frente a los artículos 26, 28, 30 y 31 de la Ley 789/02 también demandados.
Considera la Sala Plena que los fundamentos jurídicos de la providencia recurrida tienen pleno arraigo constitucional, están puestos en razón y se ajustan en derecho.
Consecuentemente con lo anterior, se CONFIRMA en su integridad el auto de rechazo.
